At EloHeaven, we strive to provide exceptional boosting and coaching services for all gamers. This policy outlines our refund conditions and processes. By purchasing any service from EloHeaven, you agree to these terms.
1. Boosting Service Refund Conditions
Important: Once a booster begins working on your order, all sales are final.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot consider requests made after this timeframe.
If your boosting order hasn't started within 48 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund unless the delay is due to:
- High demand during ranked season endings or special events
- Your special requests (specific boosters, playing hours, streaming requirements)
- Incorrect account information or rank details provided by you
2. Partial Completions & Adjustments
Partial Refunds
For partially completed orders, refunds are calculated based only on the remaining unfinished portion of the service.
Calculation Method
Our team determines partial refund amounts based on the percentage of work completed and difficulty of the remaining service.
Time-Based Services
Hourly coaching sessions, duo queue boosting, and other time-based services cannot be refunded once they've begun.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Customer no longer wants the service after payment has been processed
Order cancellation requested after a booster has been assigned to your order
Account bans or restrictions imposed by game developers before, during, or after our service
Providing wrong account details and not responding to support within 48 hours
Violating our Terms of Service, including attempting to deal directly with boosters
Rank losses or performance fluctuations after boost completion due to your subsequent gameplay
External Delay Factors (Non-Refundable)
- Game server maintenance or outages
- Changes to game ranking systems during your boost
- Temporary booster unavailability (we'll assign another qualified booster)
4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting our support team will result in immediate and permanent account suspension from EloHeaven.
We take payment disputes very seriously. If you're experiencing any issues with our services:

- Explain your concern with order details
- Allow our team to investigate and propose a solution
Fraudulent chargebacks violate our Terms of Service and may result in legal action. All associated accounts and services will be permanently revoked if a chargeback is filed.
5. Refund Request Process
Email [email protected] with your order number, username, and detailed reason for the refund request.
Our team will evaluate your request within 10 business days. Complex cases may require additional time.
Approved refunds are typically processed as store credit for future services. Original payment method refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
By purchasing boosting or coaching services from EloHeaven, you acknowledge that our services are digital in nature and non-refundable once started.
