2. Your Account Security

3. Service Scope & Limitations

• Our boosting services guarantee completion of the purchased rank or achievement, but we cannot be responsible for any rank loss that occurs after service completion due to your subsequent gameplay.
• Completion timeframes are estimates based on normal conditions. Actual delivery may vary based on order complexity, game difficulty, and current competitive season challenges.

4. Prohibited Actions

• Direct Booster Contact: You may not attempt to bypass EloHeaven's platform to arrange direct services with our boosters. This protects both parties and ensures quality control.
• Payment Manipulation: Any attempt to abuse our payment system, file fraudulent chargebacks, or manipulate our refund process is strictly prohibited.
• Account Sharing: While using our boosting service, do not share your account with others or attempt to log in during an active boost unless specifically arranged as part of a duo boost package.
• Any violation of these terms will result in immediate service termination, account suspension from our platform, and potential legal action in cases of fraud or serious violations.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

• While we take every precaution to protect your account, EloHeaven cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by game developers or publishers regarding your account before, during, or after our services.
• Some game publishers consider boosting against their terms of service. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge this risk and agree to use our services at your own discretion.
• Our professional boosters use secure methods including VPN technology to minimize risks, but we cannot guarantee complete elimination of all potential risks.

6. Term Violations & Dispute Resolution

Any violation of these Terms will result in immediate account suspension from our platform.
